My lower back was in pain due to bulging discs. I had gone through physical therapy before when my back problems flared up so I had some stretches and exercises I could do but nothing alleviated the pain at home. Today I feel pretty good pain free most day s and if I do feel pain its because I pushed the limit HealthSource paid attention to my body and focused on ways I can modify my day to day activities to prevent future flare ups. I am back to teaching my Baby Boot Camp Classes!
