I was flattered with the way sugar cube buildings were built. They have used the strategy of mixed-use development which is nothing but making use of contemporary architecture in the city of Denver’s historic place. This historic place is called as the Lower Downtown Heritage District (LoDo). I wanted to stay away from the main city and was looking for some beautiful space wherein the exterior can be of great pleasure when I see out of the house. I specifically wanted to have an apartment with a massive terrace on the floor which can be used in the evening to have pleasant environment. I was able to find the same elegance that I was looking for in the luxury apartment building Denver which belongs to Sugar Cube. Their design has a great responsiveness to the precise urban design guidelines for LoDo. I would highly recommend their name to everybody who is looking for such luxury apartments downtown Denver.
