In all fairness I did receive great results from the stylist who did my hair, I do not dispute the talent or skill of the staff. Unfortunately, the owner's vile disposition made me regret my visit before I was even done. The abusive letter I later received in response to my original correspondence detailing my dissatisfaction took what was already by far the rudest, most disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced to a whole new level. I question the validity of previous reviews singing his praises. I would perhaps give high marks for ultra-inflated ego and being delusionally self absorbed. The decor is drab and boring. The ambiance is stiff and uncomfortable. The lighting, oh the lighting, Christmas lights are the only thing illuminating the frigid wash room. If they had only been a bit more dim I wouldn't have noticed the tacky decorations or the massive holes in the filthy towels. If saying this place is high end or up scale would be like saying Alpo is gourmet. Save your time and money and go somewhere...anywhere else.
