People say that Nordstrom is a bit pricey. I want to say that you get what you pay for. Nordstrom carries items that are not ordinary. I love to shop in their cosmetic department. They carry cosmetic lines that you only find in the most exclusive fashion magazines. You never have to be concerned about whether a cosmetic color looks good with your skin tone or hair color. There is always a very knowledgeable, helpful customer service representative ready to assist you. I wish other department stores would study Nordstrom's concepts for customer service. They can't be beat!
