They are quick to respond after I called them over the phone. I said to the person I spoke in the telephone that it was an emergency. They were also able to respond quickly for they are already in my doorsteps even in just about half an hour and the repair took another two hours. Luckily, the technician said that he has the part needed to be replaced was in their van. The cost was just right, I had to pay for the part and but the charge for labor was minimum. Now that is honest repair…..
