The merchandise is not marked correctly. When there is more than one sticker on an item..the comment is from the staff: "It isn't our sticker" Well, how does anyone then know who's sticker it is? We aren't mind readers! If there is a dispute over two stickers, the higher is 'correct' according to the staff. There is no negotiating...It is not Christian oriented. You would never convince anyone of that. The music is nauseating & too loud. The help is rude...& do not know how to handle people.

Managers do not HANG UP on callers with a problem. Your 'so-called' manager was rude, & unchristian in her handling of my husband's dispute over two stickers on an item he wished to purchase. He did NOT purchase it!
Thanks to the 'so-called' MANAGER. SHe knows nothing about 'managing a store, let alone people! IShe hung up on me when I called this afternoon with my complaint....We have been going there for 5 years...& have puchased some very large & expensive items. Two church organs....This store has gone down in every way....We will never return, Train people to handle & work with the general public. They do not exude Christian charity! You set your own prices & yet act as though the price is written in stone...don't think so! I bought a book with a sticker on the cover. It said 25 cents. She charged me 99 cents for the book! Again....if the book is 99 cents....why then does it say 25 cents. Get your act together! And for heavens sake...do not call yourselves Christian! What bible are you reading?
