I have lived at the summit for three years, the management has always been bipolar, one day the manager is your best friend, the next shes writing you fines for parties you had nothing to do with. maintenance is no different, sometimes they fix your problems within a week, other times they straight out refuse to fix them. living here was a constant hassle.
the office was NEVER open, even during office hours, on the day i was suppose to turn in my key, no one was there....
constant fines and headaches, they literally nickle and dimming every cent out of you they can.....
