i was in my local vanity store on 10-23-06 @ around 8:30p, i realize the store was about to close, but it wasn't quiet 9:00 yet. the 2 young ladies who were working had to be the most rudest, unprofessional employees i have ever seen and did not make it to where i would be returning to the store any time soon. i spent about 200.00 there, but not before thet pulled down the gate, vacuumed around me rather then assist me, didn't speak 1 word to me nor treat me as if my buisness mattered or not. the lady who was working the register made me feel as if i was imposing on her, like she was late for something and i was holding her up. matter of fact she acted as if she hated her job and any one who shopped there. the other young lady who was vaccuuming was so rude that when we tried to ask for help, we literally had to yell!! she dropped her phone, my daughter picked it up to give it to her and she grab it out of her hand as if she thought she might steal it. not even a thank you. your store will definetly become a reflection of your employees. you should hand pick them as well as the styles you sell. iam very disappointed in the service i recieved. more
