We've been going here since my son was born, and have yet to have a bad experience. The doctors and nurses here are so friendly with the kids and the parents. They're just wonderful. Getting an appointment usually isn't a problem. The longest I've ever had to wait for one was less than two weeks. For illnesses, they can usually get you in that day. The office is bright and cheery, with cute Disney shades in the waiting room and the exam rooms. My son tends to be difficult, and they're always so nice and patient with him. Whenever shots are needed, the nurses have a great system, and are very quick, allowing you to pick up the child very quickly. I've met a few of the doctors here, and they're all very friendly and helfpul.
