I called Brightview at Fallsgrove for information because I wanted to find a nice and cheerful place for my grandmother who has alzheimer's. The place looks pretty from outside and the website says great things about it. My call was answered by a woman who spoke to me very rudely. She connected me a woman who was abrupt and seemed very uncaring about my situation. She said someone will call me back but I never got a call. I am very disappointed and do not want to deal with a place that does not return phone calls. Above all I do not want to put my grandmother in a place where she will be in the company of uncaring staff.
