This Staples location is very hard to deal with. I tried to return some unopened Staples brand ink that I brought a while ago here without a receipt and they denied me. So I went to the one on HB, they didn't give me money but store credit. This place is so hard to get in any deal because I guess they are taking a beating from Frys next door. I wouldn’t recommend for smart shopper.
