Called John Beal to check out a small leak in my roof. Rich Downey was my advisor, and I couldn't be more pleased. First of all, Rich showed up right on time, which tells me a lot in itself. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. He was extremely thorough, trying to find the source of the leak, which wasn't easy in this case. He took his time explaining everything to me to make sure I understood. Overall, Rich did a great job, making my first experience with John Beal a positive one. I'll surely be calling John Beal for my follow-on work.
