Like the characters Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in the book, Burns Honda is constantly changing. One day, their service might be wonderful. The next day you may find that something was not properly done. I have had all sorts of experiences here, ranging from both extremes.
Once, I came here when they were offering a free umbrella with "no obligations". I should have known better. They stared at me when I got there and a salesman loudly told another employee that I "didn't even want to buy a Honda." I am not alone in noticing this attitude amongst the salespeople.
Also, once I had my car oil changed here. The mechanic made a mistake and oil leaked out from my car for days. Worst of all, they do not honor their promises. Recently I was told that my car would be ready at 1PM. At 12:55, they called to say that work had not even started yet. I left my car there at 9AM!!!
However, I have found the management to be helpful. Since these horrific trips to Burns Honda, I have found service to have improved. It ought to be better here, considering the size of the dealership and the exhorbitant prices they charge.
