The first time I came here (oh maybe a decade ago) I was amazed by the quality of the shopping and the sheer number of diversions. But my return visits have left me dissatisfied and I will now be going to King of Prussia. First, let me tell you: this mall is almost in Bensalem; it's in the far Northeast reaches of Philadelphia. Traffic can be crazy sometimes. But that's not the real issue. The once high-end classy shops have been replaced by half-empty dollar emporiums and tacky outlets. The "Neiman Marcus Last Call" and "Saks Off 5th" are like overpriced TJ Maxx's. The JC Penney outlet is worst than going to Wal-Mart. And the prices aren't that low! I mean curtains for $350 aren't exactly an outlet deal to me!
The food here is not that great. I tried Johnny Rocket's which was way overpriced.
I don't like how the hallways are so narrow and the lighting is so bad. The place is very dated. Parking is a nightmare. Surrounding the mall are even more dollar/discount shops, shops so awful you won't want to visit them.
It's a shame that this mall has gone to the dogs: the people who work here are very nice and it'd be sad if they lost their jobs. I used to love this place, but I won't be coming back.
