I would like to respond to Mary's review and point out that the doctor is not the one who does the faxing, so THAT does not take up ANY of his time. But it does take up my time and travel expense to be forced to come in and pick up each and every prescription. Buying from a pharmacy saves a considerable amount of money when you have 7 dogs as I do. Being forced to come in and pick up prescriptions is inconvenient and inconsiderate. It costs me uneccessay time and expense. I have to make a separate trip for each and every prescription which costs me a travel expense and wasted time having to sit and wait for the prescription to be written. As for the medical directions, they are printed in plain English on the label on the medicine container from the instructions written by the doctor on the prescription and I have never had trouble understanding them. Also, buying from a pharmacy instead does save money. A neighbor stated that Edsel Davis greatly overcharged him for a drug for his dog, and he should know because he is a doctor and knows what the drug costs. Mary did not comment about Edsel Davis's behavior. Edsel Davis yelled at me for asking him to fax prescriptions for me and was extremely rude about this. This is not proper behavior from someone who is supposed to be a professional. In addition, every time that he has cut my French bulldog's nails he has hurt him and caused him to bleed. It is not as though it were an accident because the quick is clearly visible through the nail. It was pure carelessness. So much for the "GREAT" service. In view of all this, Edsel Davis is not someone whom I would want to continue to treat my dogs!
