I highly recommend going to Special Effects in North Augusta to get your hair cut or for a perm. I started going there a few years ago and have been very satisfied with the service. If you call for an appointment ask for Michelle Hutto.
Michelle is great. She has been cutting my hair now for several years and she is the first person that cuts it the way I ask her too. Every place I have been before I tell the person what I want and I never come out looking like what I ask for, but from the first time I met Michelle she knew exactly what I wanted and she has always cut my hair just like I ask her too.
