Any company that is working with your water (essential element in a home) that consistently has a TWO WEEK service turnaround time is totally out of line. That's two weeks with no laundry, and that's every time the lousy, buggy water softener they installed breaks down. At mammoth cost to myself, I'm replacing the Culligan system with softener from a local business that values customer service.
