Great Service! I had a wonderful experience at Karat Patch. I took in a set of sterling silver earrings that had broken (extremely tiny chains that had managed to unhook, and really didn`t think they could be saved) and asked if they would be able to fix them. The lady took them to the back, and about 10 minutes later came to the front with them fixed! The customer service at Karat Patch is wonderful, and they had some pretty amazing pieces as well! Would definitely recommend.
