A couple of weeks ago I was in a small accident. I just got my car back today. I want to thank your staff for all of their hard work and for patiently answering all my questions about the process (it was my first claim). It was a pleasure doing business with your staff (though, obviously, I don't wish to repeat process anytime soon!)
