My experience was anything but happy. They charge $80/hour. And it is all about them, the customer is the vehicle from which they make money. There is no customer service. We are going to stick it to you, do you want to proceed. I wished I had called around to get hourly rates, from the JVC list of warranty repair shops. My Bad, I will never make that mistake again. They told me it would be 2 weeks it was 3.5. They said it would be $80 - $120. It was $175.00. The camera cost $350, was 3 months old. Ouch!
I want to warn folks to shop around I don't pay $80 to my auto mechanic. He gets my car done in a couple of hours to a day. He is responsible about telling me what he can do and getting it done like he says he can, because I will be a returning customer. These guys apparently rape you the first time because you won't be back, and they are OK with that.
