We are in the process of refinancing, almost done with it. It is taking a long process but it is a whole lot better of a process than when we were purchasing our home. The people here have been really nice to us and helpful. They will end up saving us around $300 a month. We had high interest rates. I am thankful that we found a place that would work with us.
