I'm shopping for a BMX bike for my son. Not a big ticket item, sure, but they were friendly and made me feel comfortable asking all the stupid questions a mom is likely to ask. They let my son take a bike he liked for a spin around the parking lot, and of all the bikes we've seen locally, they still seem to have the best deal.
