I got my first tattoo from Scooter and he was very good. I know many people that have gotten work from him. I got my navel pierced my Art. I have had it pierced threee times before and he is the only one successful at it, other places pierced it too thin or couldn't get arround the scar tissue. But it is perfect and has lasted for the last year.
