I recently had problems with my upper drive unit in my 3 year old boat. The Boat Center came out to my dock, checked out my boat and then towed it to their shop to take a look at it. They got back to me in a couple of days stating the problem and informing me that my insurnace should cover the cost. As soon as my insurance approved their estimate (which my insurance company informed me was very reasonable) then immediately began work on my boat and delivered it back to my dock within 3 days.
