This company didn't honor the quote that it gave via email. Thomas gave me the quote. Later he faxed me a contract that had a different price on it ($100 more). He didn't tell me that the price on the contract was different than the quote, I noticed that myself. I called him and asked him if he would honor the quote that he gave me earlier. He said he would call me back. I called him back 3 hours later and asked if he would honor the quote. He said that he thought that the delivery location was different (even though I'd given him the city name and zip code in the email). He said if he were to ship it that he would lose money and "I'm not in the business to lose money." I shipped with a different company later on for the same price that he had quoted me. He said that sometimes they're busy and don't have time to look up the location that they are quoting for.
