Our bikes were put in for a service and to fix the bicycle chain on my partners bike so that he could ride it without it slipping. When we picked it up, it worked on our first ride but on our second ride it kept slipping again much to my partners frustration. So we took it back and gave it to them to re-fix it. Once again the problem re-surfaced, so we took it to another store that fixed the problem and it hasn't happened since. Their charges were reasonable although they should have refunded the money for my partners bike since they didn't really fix it at all.
