They came promptly, repaired the units quickly, suggested ways to avoid big $$ repairs right now & signed us up for their service contract. Our only point of reference for the latter is what we paid for the service contract in our former locale & it's more expensive here. Our experience has been that nearly everything is more expensive here than in W TN, so I wasn't surprised. Overall, we're very pleased with them.
