During our recent visit to Wendys in Chester, NJ, we were very disappointed in the Service. Dining there during lunch time with my Toddler Grandson, we found seating area to be very messy with unclean tables. Bathrooms were unkeep, and to my dismay, there was no baby changing table in the restrooms. There was no reason for this since they were well staffed and the restaurant was not busy at the time. I needed to request a table to be cleaned 3 times before someone responded. (The other table in the area were worst). This is not the type of customer service I excepted in a family oriented restaurant. I am sorry to say that I am reluctant to revisit this Wendy's in the future. more
