The first week I had my braces on, my mom had to bring me milkshakes for lunch at school because I couldn't chew anything. After that, my teeth were fine, they didn't hurt and they gradually became perfect. But, I did make the mistake of eating a jelly belly, which sucked the metal band right off my tooth. Trust me, those jelly belly's are dangerous. I'm glad to finally get my braces off, and will miss listening to Jack FM here
