I have rented furniture and other items from this place for years now. And recently I had an agreement with this place for a sofa and loveseat that was pre leased. It was only a month after I got it in my house that I found a place where it had a rip in the fabric. So I called to have them come fix it and they patched it up and I was told if I had anymore problems to call them. Well a couple of weeks went by and the rip got larger so this time I was suppose to make a payment and my husband went in to do so and let them know they need to repair the sofa again. The manager of the place told us that he would not come out to fix it again under any circumstance. So I returned the sofa. I would only recommend this place if you are not planning on getting preleased items and only want to buy new. They have great prices and are easy to get an agreement on anything you need.
