Okay folks if you are looking for a customer service oriented repair service look no further. One of the things we all can agree on is that finding a company in Columbus, NJ that knows what customer service is all about is almost impossible. Columbus Appliance Doctor was wonderful. From the first phone call you know you are dealing with professionals. They showed up on time and were able to determine the problems with my washer almost immediatley. Tech not only repaired my washer but also cleaned my dryer vent which was a fire waiting to happen, and for no additional charge changed the door or my dryer. I have added Columbus Appliance Doctor to my contact list in my cell and will give it out to all my friends.
