From the get go not what you expect from a used car dealer. I was greeted with kindness and they weren't there to be sleazy, they were ready to answer my questions from the get go. Asked the price, they told me. Asked for more info, they gave it to me.
The hardest part was selecting a vehicle. Equal amounts of quality and quantity. We've all been to those used dealerships that have poor quality vehicles with new car prices and make you feel uneasy about the whole car purchase. They opened every car I was interested in and the salesperson continued with the same enthusiasm.
I didn't buy right away. They DID call me, but not everyday & multiple times a day. My wife and I hadn't landed fully on a vehicle and they didn't harass us and force us into a car we were not 100% on.
I bought a 2001 Acura and they worked with me on the price. They were very quick with the whole process. They provided me the Carfax when I asked, the provided me the KBB when I asked and even worked with the bank (Coast Central) for my "sub par" credit situation.
The whole process was the best I have ever been in for purchasing from a dealership. Highly Recommend!!
