Took 2 (non-oriental) rugs there to be cleaned and was not happy with the result. I called and got the owner of the business. He came back to my house and picked them up again. Both rugs had some stains, so he had to put them through 2 more rounds of cleaning, and did it without charging me more. The results were good. I was happy with his service
