My name is Peggy Johnson email: mjohnson243@cox.net. This is my second email. My son & I stopped Chili's Grill & Bar Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Az. Located on tatum Blvd. We stopped by for lunch on Sept 9, 2006 at approximately 11:40am.
We were not approached by any waitress or waiter in fact several passed by. We were not offered a menu, or offered a seat to be served. In fact we were ignored.We planned to order your "Tortilla Soup". Instead we went to "Friday's" Restaurant. I thought you should be informed, because if it happened to us, how many other diner's left in disgust.
