Here is my personal story. AURA FAILED TO RETURN CALLS, AND MARKED MY CERTIFICATE AS REDEEMED WHEN THEY WOULDN'T RETURN CALLS OR SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT. I purchased this Groupon after attending a consultation with Dr. Garcia and Katie and was told that I qualified for the procedure and that December 14th was available for my procedure. I relied on that commitment and purchased the Groupon for $2,600. Katie told me she would call me back to let me know if a blood test was needed. I did not hear back so I kept calling to confirm whether a blood test was needed. The receptionist told me that she would leave Katie a message and that either Katie or Nadar the manager would call me back. I did not receive a call back so I called numerous times and received no response. Each time I was told that she would pass on the message and that Nadar the manager would call back. The day before my surgery, on Thursday the 13th I called the office 3 times in the AM. and Katie finally tells me I am not scheduled. I am requesting a refund from Groupon. If this is how they treat patients, and their Dr. is under investigation....I say stay away. This place should be shut down.
