I can say, with all certainty, that EVER single time I have had to ask a question at Party Works, the sales person appears to have no idea what I am talking about and appears to have no idea about the items that Party Works sells. The only time I use this store is if I know exactly what I want. If I can't find it, I leave, rather than ask a question. It is too frustrating. Conveniently located, but poor service
