They have good sales including coupons they send out by mail and a great selection of electronics like digital cameras and TVs and also DVDs and CDs. The music level in there can be very loud and annoying at times but when they have it turned down it is a very pleasant shopping atmosphere. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Returns and/or exchanges are usually fast and painless. They don't have the greatest selection of home appliances like washing machines or refrigerators, so we get those somewhere else.
There are reports about people having problems with computers bought at Best Buy (not just this specific location) right after the warranty runs out if they did not buy the extended warranty. My husbands colleage made the same experience with his computer... just a warning.
