I used to see Julie at Healthy Weighs and foudn ehr wonderful. She takes a personal interest in all of her clients and is extremely caring and understanding. She will p\ush you to change your lifestyle, but thats the reason you're seeing her in the first place. I don't see her anymore, not because I don't like her, but because she taught me how to monitor myself.
