Always get a second estimate before getting work done at Firestone. I always get my oil changes done there and they always happen to find something seriously wrong with my car that "would best be fixed right then" When I bring it for a second opinion I find that it is perfectly fine and I don't need any work done on it.
They come out with cheap deals for il changes - which is fine, but I would get a second price quote and opinion before I was to get any work done there.
