If you can hold off buying an item it usually goes down to next to nothing on the sale racks!! I picked up swim shorts for my hubby for $3 pair & they were NIKE and Speedo!! At the after winter clearance I got a pair of ladies boots (and they are nice, not cluncky, ugly things) for $3!! Kohl's is certainly worth a trip to .... the best time to go is early morning since you'll be ther only shopper there!!
