If you are a new dealer, this is not the best place to go, though maybe not the worst. There is a terrible issue with rental prices on sites in the flea market. Newer vendors are often asked to pay a whole lot more for less space. It does get buyers in and out but the comments I have heard are "pretty much the same old stuff." Management doesn't do much (if any) advertising. They do not charge you by the month, but by the week, so you end up making an extra payment after a year (Instead of 12, you end up making 13 payments.....13 times 4 = 52 weeks).
