I had a problem with the A/C and called Sandusky Services at 239-768-2222 (sanduskycustomerservice@gmail.com). License CAC1815499. They came to the house and was told that the A/C unit will have to be replaced at a cost of $3500.
I told them that I will need to think about it and get another quote. The next day was told by them that they were able to "fix it" and it will cost $400. I had someone else come and inspect the A/C and was told that the capacitor has been replaced. Capacitor cost is less than $10.
They are dishonest and will try to rip you off (always get a 2nd opinion). I will never do business with them again.
