We love James Joyce Pub in Avondale Estates!
The fish and chips are fantastic, much fresher and more "English" than at other places. Other favorites include chicken fingers, spinach-artichoke dip, and chocolate martinis. The beer selection is great, and the drinks are fairly priced. JJ has some delicious-sounding specials, but we never order those. They tend to run $15 to $20 and we're usually craving pub food.
The patio has two large fireplaces and lots of seating (but allows smokers). The inside is cozy, but noisy, with lots of wood paneling and old photos and books. We've been going to JJ since they opened, and the service has always been great. Plenty of parking, too.
