Our experience was nothing less than the best. Our salesman and took plenty of time to learn our lifestyle and home security needs. He made recommendations that made sense and did not try to up sell me on extra bells and whistles. He did inform me of other features I could get, but did not pressure me to sign up for more than I originally set out to do.
