When I was having computer problems last year, I turned to the yellow pages. It's easy to be overwhelmed by the many computer services/repairs listed, but I was fortunate to find Santa Cruz DSL. A systems analyst was dispatched to my home, and figured out my problem in an hour for the cost of $40. A few months later, I was again having problems. But this time I emailed the same person, and he was able to troubleshoot my problem without ever looking at my computer. I will never ask anyone else for computer help.
