I was in the area and needed to get a wheel cap replaced for my car. I have usually had a pretty good experience with the Pep Boys store in my area so I decided to give this one a try.
Bad Choice! The person working at the repair department was very rude and not helpful at all. When I asked him what the cost would be he answered "I'll tell you that after I'm done."
Ummmmm???? I found that a bit weird. So then I asked him for an estimate. He growled back "Look I don't know."
At that point, I just turned around and left.
