We had them come out recently to replace our windshield of our van. They told us they would be here between 1pm and 5pm and would give us a call 30 min before they came. At 4:30 we still hadn't heard from them (after sitting around waiting for them all afternoon) so we called. They said the tech got held up but would be there before 5. We didn't even get a call from the tech until 5:20 and then he didn't show up for another 15 min. It then took him an hour and a half to replace the windshield. To top it all off, everyone leaves the office at 5 so we couldn't even contact anyone after that. When we called them the next morning they seemed to care less about our time wasted waiting for them. What a waste of a whole afternoon and evening. Needless to say, we will not be returning and we would never recommend them to anyone we know.
