Progressive Property Management has a high turn-over rate. This means that chances are you will have more than one landlord during your lease term which leads to confusion over what provisions of your lease actually apply to you. Thus, it’s important to make sure you get everything in writing, signed by someone at PPM, otherwise you run the risk of finding yourself in a ditch you can’t climb out of if something goes wrong or a new landlord, who doesn’t know your lease, tries to convince you that you are in the wrong.
PPM, Inc. also has a problem with taking care of emergency maintenance problems. If you have a problem, you have to pester them until they take care of it sometimes to the point of threatening legal action. When confronted with problems, staff are often unhelpful and disrespectful to such requests.
The apartments PPM manages are a great place to live, and they’re more than worth their rent during the month if you can handle headaches and other problems when things go wrong or when they hire a new person to handle your building.
