Kirsten talked me into having my front bottom teeth removed promising Loftus wld make sure I was satisfied. Sad to say this never happened. I'm still w/o teeth 7 months later!!!!! Loftus WILL NOT refund flipper cost of so I can get it made right elsewhere! Flipper made totally wrong, 2 narrow 4 mouth so adhesive couldn't hold it in, 2 long for gums, 2 thick 4 tongue & cut it 2 shreds, could not be worn at all. 6-8 visits - NO satisfaction. Finally girl made new impressions 4 new 1 & Loftus flat out refused to sign for it angrily leaving office stating I try yet ANOTHER adjustment that wasn't right before I got out of chair! I said so. Girl said if I didn't try it, he would NOT make new 1! I gave detailed instructions for new 1...same problem 2 narrow, 2 long, didn't reach gum 2 use adhesive, 2 thick 4 tongue & cut it 2 shreds. It CANNOT be worn! Asked 4 refund, wld not give, then lied to CareCredit stating they tried 2 wrk w/me. WRONG I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE BEWARE!
