I contaced this septic designer in April of 2004. I waited and waited. I contacted him again in October. Again I waited for his supposed busy schedule to catch up so he could call me back. My house plans were all done and I was ready to move out of my current location in December. When did I finally get my septic plans? January 2005. He held up my whole project and always had an excuse why he didnt call back. Don't waste your time if you need plans done in a reasonable amount of time.
